The place was not all that at least for me, for my taste but service is attentive, store is clean , lighting is good, staff very good people

Overpriced pizza. Just OK. Too far to drive from Franklin for a pie. Domino's is better.

This pizza is amazing. The sauce has a really good flavor and the cheese tastes really fresh. Worth the wait and the drive, as I live an hour away and I'm considering making the trip again this weekend

I love this strip a mall! And Frank's Pizza is my favorite in New Jersey. Their Pizza's are delicious! I haven't been here since 2005, I truly miss this place!

Consistently have issues with called in to go orders. Missing or incorrect items everytime . Very disappointing as a local customer.

Frank's has absolutely been our most FAVORITE pizzeria since moving to Sussex County 16 years ago !! Everything on their menu is fantastic !! Our favorites include their White Broccoli Garlic Pizza, Pasta Fagioli, Wings, Antipasto, Chicken Francese, Eggplant Rolatini and Garlic Knots !! We would eat here every day, if we could !!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This spot is superb and broad, the food was enchanting and the rates were very affordable. rapidly, productive service and very personal waiters. Recommended.

I love Frank's Pizza. Been going there and ordering delivery from there for over seventeen years. Never disappointed. Great food, nice people. There family is phenomenal and you can tell it by the food.

Overpriced burger had a hard bun and was undercooked, made me vomit after eating. Eating here may be hazardous towards your health.

Disappointing. Pizza toppings not worth what they charge. I would be embarrassed to give a customer the amount of toppings that were on my pie, and charge them for it! Gave them another shot on the way home from work, told 20 minutes, arrived on time and waited another 15 minutes. I understand they were busy, but to not acknowledge that fact by saying "thank you for waiting", the guy behind the counter just walks away and doesn't say where he's going (as I am in the process of handing him $) then comes back (with sauce), just takes my $ and never said "thank you" or "have a nice night". He had no problem communicating with a girl at the counter. Sorry if I interrupted your social time. Anyway, the sandwich was under-seasoned, and undersized. Note to Franks...acknowledge your customers, be thankful for them and let them know it, our money is good anywhere. Lastly, lower your prices. You are not worth what you think. Won't be back.

We ordered a baked pasta dish and it came without cheese on top as ordered. The appetizer garlic bread with mozzarella was hard as a rock. It had a thin sliced of melted mozzarella on it. It was cold and hard. My boyfriend ordered shrimp parmesan. It was 75percent linguini. Big disappointment for the third time.

Pizza is always on point and no matter what you order you definitely enjoy it. The staff is always friendly and it makes for a wonderful dining experience. 😋

The food Is good....just hope u aren't attempting to order at a busy time. Either they won't pick up your call or they leave the phone off the hook. If this happens, just give up and order elsewhere. I'm pissed

The food at Frank's is really good better than the other pizza places in town!! Their new renovation is beautiful glad they updated it. Been coming here for a year since we moved and this is our go to place!! Never disappoints

1 star should be reserved for the worst of experiences. So, this was not that. However, it merited only 1 notch better. The service was perfunctory at best. We had two young children with us, and it took forever to bring out 4 pasta dishes. A couple came in several minutes after we had been seated, ordered, mentioned that he knew the chef, and was served well before we even had a hint of our food coming. We knew it was going to be a while when the waitress unceremoniously slammed down a second slab of unappetizing garlic bread to complement the first one that had been devoured out of sheer starvation. The food we had was underwhelming, and cost more than it should have. I'm afraid the positive reviews for this place could only be coming from locals who have a connection with the employees. Obviously, we won't be returning.

Ordered a sausage and pepper and chicken parm stromboli party size! AND..... They were very very good!

Excellent local pizza and Italian restaurant. We have been going here for over 20 years. Having lived in Queens, I don't give just any pizza the thumbs up. They make a good sauce. Very tasty penne ala vodka. Best pizza around.

Wowzers!! I went to Franks Pizza over here in Sussex. I had a couple balls, of rice. They were fantastic, with some sauce drizzled on them. The Buffalo Chicken pizza is by far the best in the county, I dare anyone of you pseudo-intellectuals to challenge me on that fact.

Don't let the strip mall fool you...this place is a hidden gem. We had garlic knots, chicken parmigiana pizza, buffalo chicken pizza, and thick crust pepperoni and sausage pie. Sauce was great with the knots. Service was awesome. Only downside is there is no delivery. We will definitely be back!

I'm not sure why but there is no flavor to the pizza. Also, they don't cook them to where the crust is crunchy. We just picked our third pizza from there in as many weeks and again it was pale white, chewy and tasteless. Sorry Franks, three strikes and you're out.

Called in an order for slices, they told me they had them. When I got there, they had burnt all the slices I ordered. Left unhappy and hungry.

If I could rate this place a 0 I would! I brought a side of grilled chicken this evening to feed my 2 and 3 year old.I feed them 3 pieces when I noticed the chicken was bloody. I went back to the place and the guy said it was a vein. I got my money back. (It was $7) He acted like it was no big deal. 3 hours later my daughter is throwing up, has a fever, and has the shivers! She definitely has food poisoning! I will never go back there and I suggest no one else does either!
